Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the R&D team, ensuring effective task execution and maintaining high productivity levels;
- Assign and prioritize tasks, creating a clear and organized workflow to meet project objectives;
- Develop detailed work schedules, aligning activities with project timelines and ensuring efficient use of team resources;
- Monitor deadlines and adjust plans as necessary to meet project milestones;
- Provide timely and comprehensive updates to all project stakeholders on project status, progress, and changes;
- Act as the central point of contact for team members, stakeholders, and external partners;
- Develop mitigation strategies and ensure quick and effective responses to any issues;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement and team alignment with Kanban practices.
- Track team activities in Jira, ensuring all tasks and issues are accurately reflected and monitored for efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects, demonstrating leadership in cross-functional teams;
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly, drive results, and take ownership of outcomes;
- Strong skills in risk analysis and proactive risk management, ensuring timely and secure project delivery;
- Expertise in people management, fostering team development and motivation;
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms;
- In-depth knowledge of various software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.);
- Fluent in Ukrainian, at least B2 in English.
