Senior Accounting Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

The Fourth Law (TFL) — develops autonomy modules for robotic systems. Our current focus is on building full autonomy for FPV drones, broken down into gradual deliveries. Our first product is already in use and receiving great reviews. We’re now looking for a skilled Accounting Specialist.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Finance;
• Practical experience in General Ledger Accounting, Financial statements and Payroll;
• In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax legislation;
• 5+ years of experience in accounting (LLC/ VAT);
• Experience with government contracts;
• Experience with Diia.City;
• Proficiency in accounting software (MASTER:Бухгалтерія, 1C, Client Bank, M.E.Doc, Vchasno, Excel);
• Experience in handling foreign economic activities (import).

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the accounting and tax records for the company;
• Prepare and submit financial and tax reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual);
• Draft and register tax invoices, and prepare documentation in case of invoice blockage;
• Maintain fixed asset records;
• Calculate salaries, advances, and vacation pay, and submit the corresponding reports;
• Communicate with banks and tax authorities;
• Participate in the development of company policies and procedures;
• Analyze the company’s financial activities.
