Business Development & Communications Specialist

The Fourth Law (TFL) — develops autonomy modules for robotic systems. Our current focus is on building full autonomy for FPV drones, broken down into gradual deliveries. Our first product is already in use and receiving great reviews. We’re now looking for a skilled Business Development & Communications Specialist.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing communications, or a related field;
  • Experience within Ukrainian Defense Tech community, general understanding and knowledge of this field;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools, content creation and management tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, social media management tools, etc);
  • Fluent in Ukrainian, at least B2 in English;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities;
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

Communication Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support business development initiatives;
  • Craft compelling messages and content that resonate with target audiences, including clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers;
  • Act as a key point of contact for communication with potential clients and partners;
  • Coordinate and manage communication efforts for business development events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends;
  • Analyze competitor communications and strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Performance Measurement:

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns;
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the business development team to inform decision-making.
