Product Manager

The Fourth Law (TFL) — develops autonomy modules for robotic systems. Our current focus is on building full autonomy for FPV drones, broken down into gradual deliveries. Our first product is already in use and receiving great reviews. We’re now looking for a skilled Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. You will spend significant time talking to customers, peer companies, and doing online research;
• Develop and clearly communicate a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. You will have more than one product track under your supervision;
• Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer requirements;
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and create detailed product specifications;
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including post-launch analysis;
• Track product performance and gather user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in product management. Experience with or understanding of the military sector is a strong advantage;
• Strong skills in market research, understanding user needs, and analyzing competitors;
• Familiarity with software development processes and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams;
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering products on time;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on making data-driven decisions;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders;
• Fluent in Ukrainian, at least B2 in English.
