Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. You will spend significant time talking to customers, peer companies, and doing online research;
- Develop and clearly communicate a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. You will have more than one product track under your supervision;
- Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer requirements;
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and create detailed product specifications;
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including post-launch analysis;
- Track product performance and gather user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Requirements:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in product management. Experience with or understanding of the military sector is a strong advantage;
- Strong skills in market research, understanding user needs, and analyzing competitors;
- Familiarity with software development processes and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams;
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering products on time;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on making data-driven decisions;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders;
- Fluent in Ukrainian, at least B2 in English.
