Responsibilities:
- Guide and support a team of engineers, ensuring they work efficiently and productively;
- Contribute to foundational engineering decisions behind the project;
- Develop and implement long-term plans for our projects;
- Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our goals;
- Supervise the technical aspects of projects, maintaining high standards;
- Encourage and facilitate the professional development of team members through training and mentorship.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field;
- At least 5 years in the engineering field, and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Understanding and involvement in the military technology field;
- In-depth knowledge of robotics, programming languages (C/C++, Python), OOP, control systems, and sensor technologies. Familiarity with IoT, ARM development (STM32, etc.), ROS, and RTOS is a plus;
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate engineering teams;
- Strong skills in planning, coordinating, and executing projects;
- Fluent in Ukrainian, at least B2 in English.
