The Fourth Law (TFL) — develops autonomy modules for robotic systems. Our current focus is on building full autonomy for FPV drones, broken down into gradual deliveries. Our first product is already in use and receiving great reviews. We’re now looking for a skilled Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support a team of engineers, ensuring they work efficiently and productively;
• Contribute to foundational engineering decisions behind the project;
• Develop and implement long-term plans for our projects;
• Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our goals;
• Supervise the technical aspects of projects, maintaining high standards;
• Encourage and facilitate the professional development of team members through training and mentorship.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 5 years in the engineering field, and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Understanding and involvement in the military technology field;
• In-depth knowledge of robotics, programming languages (C/C++, Python), OOP, control systems, and sensor technologies. Familiarity with IoT, ARM development (STM32, etc.), ROS, and RTOS is a plus;
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate engineering teams;
• Strong skills in planning, coordinating, and executing projects;
• Fluent in Ukrainian, at least B2 in English.
