1- 2 years of Account management or b2b sales experience
technical competence (must understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
strong communication/negotiation skills

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to partners
Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insight, project direction and future plans
Work on partner retention through smooth onboarding and continuous support
Manage accounts on an ongoing basis. This includes frequent follow-ups and problem solving
Create invoices and track payout procedures
