IT Recruiter (вакансія неактивна)

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma — Bachelor’s or higher (Preferred)
English — Intermediate or Advanced
Recruiting — some experience preferred

IT-related education is a plus
IT-related experience (developer, QA, IT, etc) is a plus
Good communication and other soft skills is a plus

* Work in the office in Odesa, or remotely from anywhere in Ukraine
* A salary according to market standards, above average
* We would consider candidates from outside Ukraine as well

* Basic knowledge of IT project requirements and technologies needed to filter candidates with the relevant skillset and demonstrated technical talent
* Ability to successfully recruit from multiple sources, including social media, job board, networking, job fairs, forums, events, and direct sourcing, etc.
* Ability to quickly identify high quality IT candidates with good soft skills, including the right attitude and good communication skills

The Product Engine is looking for IT Recruiter to help us to find the best software engineers. The candidate will have an IT recruiting background, a high knowledge base in the IT field, and a passion for identifying the best self-starter and motivated candidates.
