Experience with AWS & Python.
Familiar with technical support process and escalation management.
Experience with software application debugging and troubleshooting.
Experience with testing automation.
Experience with BDD and/or TDD.
Experience supporting large-scale production software, previous on-call experience, etc.
Experience with AWS Serverless: Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, Serverless Application Model, CloudWatch.
Manage pipelines, create releases and patches, staging and production deployments, generate changelogs & release notes, communicate changes, etc.
Analyze service ticket data, identify incident root cause, draft Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report, and follow possible maintenance for system-level improvement.
High responsibility for continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.
A major interesting project which would reach millions of customers in the USA and the UK.
You will work as part of a team with several engineers who are located mainly in the US, Canada, and Ukraine.
The primary role is Python Engineer with some DevOps and QA Automation duties.
