PayFlow is seeking a proactive Payment Business Development Manager to strengthen and expand partnerships with payment providers, acquiring banks, and clients, driving the growth of our payment solutions portfolio.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within the payment, fintech, or e-commerce sector.
- Strong track record in partner acquisition and managing payment solution integrations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable terms with providers.
- English level B2+ (confident verbal and written communication with partners).
- Knowledge and experience in KYC and KYB processes for legal entities and individuals.
- Understanding of payment processing, e-commerce acquiring, and domain/website registration basics.
- Familiarity with Visa and Mastercard core requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in VAMP.
- Existing relationships with acquiring banks or PSPs will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and approach new payment providers, acquiring banks, and PSPs.
- Expand the company’s partner and client base for payment and chargeback prevention solutions.
- Manage the complete onboarding process with new partners: application, documentation, compliance, integration, and configuration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and technical conditions to ensure favorable agreements.
- Collaborate with product, legal, analytics, and billing teams to align solutions with business and bank requirements.
- Work with the development team to launch new payment integrations.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to identify new business opportunities.
