About you:

If you have working experience in IT B2B sales function, enjoy building new relationships and working to tight deadlines then this could be the role for you. As the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions;
  • Identify leads through LinkedIn, social media, networking;
  • Facilitate outbound сalls to prospective and existing clients, deliver presentations on TGA’s offerings in line with the customers’ requirements/needs;
  • Support the recruitment teams to transition relationships into a successful service delivery/account management mode of operation;
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives;
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track client interactions, and progress;
  • Prepare and submit client proposals, contracts, and reports in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

  • You have 2 years + experience within business development or sales in IT
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain and establish business relationships;
  • Numeracy and excellent commercial thinking, able to identify and maximize revenue opportunities;
  • Experience in a role with a high level of autonomy;
  • Driven, motivated, confident and consultative in approach;
  • Business fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
