Requirements:
· Solid experience (3 years +) with business requirements analysis in IT sphere
· Ability to transformative business requirements to consistent requirements specifications for developers (web, mobile)/designer teams
· Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources
· Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills.
· Knowledge of the describing tasks Agile methodology: epic, feature, story, tasks
· Understanding of principles and specifics SDLC
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Upper-intermediate written and verbal English;
· Bachelor or MSc degree in computer science, finance, or related field;
· Knowledge and expertise in Fintech area is a strong plus
· Knowledge of business process description methodologies is a plus (BPMN.)
