We are looking for a Senior PM to become a part of the APP Solutions team, which is an exciting role in our development team, creating and supporting solutions for our customers. You will be a part of the work environment with smart, proactive colleagues and get opportunities to demonstrate your abilities and learn new skills.

Projects Domain: Healthcare

Countries: US, Canada, EU

Methodology: Agile-based methodologies set up for specific project needs. Classic Scrum, Kanban.

Necessary experience for the position:

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering management experience
• Experience in managing multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of software development practices and processes
• Experience managing projects through the entire life cycle — from inception to launch
• Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have:

• Healthcare expertise
• Experience with Scale Agile
• Experience in Software Development (Engineering or QA background)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple teams, including setting goals and objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to develop and implement processes and best practices to improve overall team efficiency and productivity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
• Identify and manage any risks associated with projects, working closely with the relevant stakeholders to mitigate any potential issues.
• Support pre-sales team in early stages of engagements
