Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Recruiter/Researcher +2 years
• Ability to find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, closing candidates
• Experience in designing and implementing an effective sourcing strategy
• Understanding of IT recruiting market
• Creativeness to find solutions
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• English level — intermediate+
• Additional HR training will be a plus

• Full cycle recruiting
