Play a key role in the account development, understanding business domain for a customer, key business goals that may to be solved using technology and resources capacity of our company.
Account managers coordinate the work of an internal team to provide customers with the different services they need throughout their ownership of the products, including solution design, installation, training, user support and maintenance.
Account managers develop plans to maximize business opportunities with each customer. The plans include revenue forecasts by resource requirements. The plans help our technology company forecast demand accurately and integrate sales and marketing campaigns with individual account development plans.
Account manager build trust and strengthen relationships by keeping customers informed on the way emerging technologies can help their business. They prepare briefings on the business, technical and financial benefits of technology and collaborate with customers to develop customized solutions. Collaboration helps to build partnership with customers and ensures high levels of customer retention.
