Duties:
— Collaborate with recruiters and HRs
— Search and attract talents with required skills
— Build talent pipelines for identified functions and key positions that meet current and future needs
— Uncover high-quality talent using advanced search techniques: Boolean search on internet portals, social media, LinkedIn, job boards etc.
— Build a professional network and use it
— Maintain ATS with a high level of accuracy
— Assisting with interview organization and feedback receiving
— Working on company internal and external employer brand
— Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers, team leads and candidates
— Conduct market salary reviews
