— 3+ years of marketing or recruitment marketing experience
— Experience in running successful lead generation campaigns
— Good copywriting skills
— Knowledge and hands-on experience of the latest recruitment marketing technologies and channels
— Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian, Russian, and English with strong attention to details
— Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and the ability to effectively operate and make informed decisions quickly; ability to quickly adapt & course correct as needed
