Partner Marketing Manager (French speaking) (вакансія неактивна)

Terrasoft Ukraine’s goal is ambitious, so we are looking for a talented and professional Partner Marketing Manager to manage our global partner marketing programs. This role requires proven expertise in marketing. You fit this position perfectly if you are a tenacious negotiator and a multi-tasker, and excellent French and English are required.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a plan of joint marketing campaigns with partners. Run co-sponsored marketing activities with partners in a defined region, including but not limited to:

  • offline events, which combine business and networking activities for the TA e.g., Lunch & Learns
  • online digital events e.g. webinars: channels planning, content and layout creation, logistics management
  • digital marketing campaigns directed to lead generation: channels planning, budgeting, and execution
  • 1-1 executive programs with 3-d party vendors: partner pitch presentation and operational support
  • external lead generation agencies: research, agency onboarding, and partner alignment

2. Track progress on the partner lead pipeline and ensure timely lead administration in CRM Creatio.

3. Build reporting and monthly/quarterly business reviews on partner marketing. Track the effectiveness of multichannel lead gen campaigns together with partners. Report on ROI.

4. Manage partner marketing communications and update the partner portal with marketing materials. Administrate compensation and financial request for partners

5. Be a major POC for the partner’s community in defined regions. Maintain positive and productive relationships with assigned partners.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Fluent French and English
  • Deep knowledge of multichannel marketing campaigns management
  • Team player with excellent negotiations and partnership management skills
  • Experience in working with the global markets, in a multicultural environment, or education/internship abroad will be an advantage
  • Event management skills will be an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
