Senior Social and Community Marketing Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Terrasoft Ukraine (Creatio Company) is looking for a Senior Social and Community Marketing Specialist to join Global Marketing in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies aimed at driving Creatio brand awareness, boosting user engagement, and scaling Creatio Community across major social media platforms.

We are looking for a senior specialist ready to take ownership of the strategic business function with an opportunity to build and manage a team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain a social media strategy to scale community and boost user engagement across the social media platforms and online communities
• Create and manage the processes for effective interaction with the community of existing and potential Creatio users
• Launch brand awareness activities for Creatio product line in relevant topics in online communities across different platforms (Quora, Reddit, etc.)
• Implement social media and review websites management strategies to identify potential opportunities and solutions to improve Creatio brand positioning and build relationships with the community
• Craft effective copy for social media platforms and communities to drive engagement
• Contribute to launching advertising campaigns on FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, community Slack;
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other teams for the most effective community engagement strategies

Key requirements:

• Hands-on experience in B2B PR and communications or Social Media Marketing
• Understanding of B2B digital marketing processes
• Proficiency with major social media platforms and online communities: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Owler, Instagram, Crunchbase, etc.
• Proficiency in English (both written and oral)
• Ability to craft compelling, clear copy (copywriting) for social media platforms
• Ability to effectively manage the full project lifecycle (deadlines, owners, and resources)
• Ability to manage a team (management skills)
• Ability to proactively react to changing environment and multitask
