— Develop clear, concise and grammatically correct copies for a variety of digital assets such as news, articles for external resources, eBooks, presentations, etc.
— Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives, message, and audience
— Condense large amounts of information into succinct consumer-friendly communications
— Work closely with colleagues in design and marketing, as well as external vendors, as needed
— Exercise quality control on all copy, obtaining approvals, fact-checking, and extremely thorough editing/proofreading of product copy and disclaimers
— Ensure all copies maintain a high level of quality, feature a consistent tone and style, and support/reinforce our brand
— Strengthen the brand through strong creative that builds awareness and drives results
— Stay on top of current industry best practices, identify, and implement strategies to increase readership
— Create product and project descriptions, success stories templates
— Analyze and effectively use research to write insight-driven copy
— Write/edit email marketing titles, subject lines and descriptions for maximum conversions/open rates
— All other content development related duties as assigned
