• Fluency in English is MUST HAVE (verbal and business writing)

• Global Experience: prior experience working in a global organization would be an advantage

• Work in partnership with the Global Recruitment Lead to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting the best talent in a competitive US / UK / APAC markets
• Source active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Sell bpm’online value proposition via candidate interaction
• Own candidate relationships through regular updates and communication
• Provide initial screening
• Coordinate hiring managers’ interview logistics
• Track and report on candidates’ pipelines through the applicant tracking system
