Content Marketing Lead (вакансія неактивна)

TeqBlaze, a trailblazer in the AdTech industry, is looking for a Content Marketing Lead who is passionate about quality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to make a tangible impact in AdTech.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in managing content creation teams, with a portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of business and technical content;
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, including knowledge of ICP and buyer personas;
• Strong technical background with a clear understanding of software processes and business models; adtech trends as a plus;
• Ability to lead industry research and identify relevant, high-value topics for content.
• Copywriting and editing experience is a must;
• Deep understanding of writing styles for different channels, ghostwriting, and storytelling;
• Deep understanding of content as a part of a global marketing strategy;
• Excellent English proficiency (C1).

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management of 3+ writers:

• Onboarding new people if hired;
• Setting goals and KPIs for every person;
• 1-1 meetings, weekly meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions;
• Task management (Jira).

2. Content Strategy:

• Develop a multichannel content strategy — ensure the content we release reaches benchmarks and target metrics;
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with company marketing milestones and communication strategies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, PR, and marketing, to ensure we reach our goals;
• Analyze content performance metrics based on KPIs for each content channel;
• Content channel management from planning and requirements elicitation to tasks;
• Conduct deep dives into trending adtech topics to position the company as a thought leader.

3. Content Management:

• Proofreading and editing the content of your team;
• Set up the tasks for content and estimate them, giving deadlines to cross-functional teams;
• Ensuring the deadlines are met, and the team works effectively;
• Taking care that the team gets enough information to perform the job.
