I’ve been working at TeqBlaze for over two years, and it has been a genuinely positive experience. The company has built a strong and supportive culture where people communicate openly, help each other, and work as a real team.

What I especially appreciate is the focus on employee well-being and work-life balance, along with the variety of benefits provided for the team. It’s clear that TeqBlaze cares not only about results, but also about the people behind them.

Відгукнулась на вакансію, отримала листа від рекрутеру для скедьюлу інтервʼю, написала найближчі вільні слоти, проте не отримала відповіді. Продублювала ще раз через декілька днів, але також не отримала відповідь.

Не знаю чи то глюк bamboohr і лист не дійшов, чи рекрутер не відповідає. Інших засобів комунікації немає, тому пишу тут)

Проходив співбесіду у TeqBlaze на позіцію QA.
Дуже сподобався підхід до найму, рекутер Анастасія була дуже уважною та приємною, технічна співбесіда з лідом Максимом теж залишила тільки приємні враження від компанії та команди. Продукт цікавий, не простий та перспективний. Нажаль не вдалося попрацювати разом, але я впевнено можу рекомендувати цю компанію.
