Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT in a similar position;
- Systematic approach and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Understanding of client needs and ability to communicate them effectively;
- Ability to make independent decisions;
- Practical experience in interacting with English-speaking clients;
- English level — Upper-Intermediate.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of the web and mobile application development lifecycle and e-commerce operations;
- Experience working with freelancers.
Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans;
- Negotiating timelines;
- Analyzing potential risks;
- Participating in the selection and approval of the project team;
- Determining necessary resources and workspace, distributing them within the team;
- Defining the workflow within the team (development, testing, requirements management);
- Setting task priorities;
- Organizing team efforts around the required tasks;
- Monitoring project status and task execution progress;
- Tracking proper prioritization of task completion;
- Monitoring task allocation and progress for each developer;
- Creating a transparent communication environment among all process participants;
- Monitoring team satisfaction with the project;
- Resolving any conflicts within the team and in client-team communication;
- Communicating with the client, managing their expectations;
- Providing the client with reports on task and project progress;
- Presenting the client with finished solutions, demo versions, and prototypes.
