Our partner is an Israel company, Fornova, that provides advanced analytics for their customers’ products. The team of the project at the moment is 100+ people.

BI solutions market leader with the most comprehensive global data set in travel & hospitality. Fornova is looking for a NOC Support Engineer.

The ideal candidate will provide a combination of both technical monitoring and communication skills to detect and flag system and delivery issues using advanced BI tools and queries.
The NOC Support Engineer should be able to work independently, collaborate, and push other team members to provide information until critical issues/bugs resolution.

Required skills:

  • Communication in both spoken and written English — Advanced
  • Data flow and infrastructure troubleshooting skills — Advanced
  • BI monitoring tools (Coralogic, Tableau, Zabbix, RabbitMQ) — Basic knowledge
  • Knowledge of Linux environments (connections, logs statistics) — Basic
  • NoSQL / SQL knowledge — Basic knowledge
  • Experience with Postman, Jenkins, and Scheduler APIs — Advantage
  • Multitasking

Responsibilities:

  • Raising flags for production system/delivery issues
  • Resending data via Postman
  • Maintaining weekly/monthly statistics and traffic tracking
  • Providing daily reports for strategic customers delivery
  • Performing logs investigation from BI dashboards
  • Providing 24/7 support on Slack (sending statistics and screenshots, tagging relevant teams etc)
