Responsibilities
Providing quick & efficient customer support across all products while managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously
Providing professional ongoing service by handling customers’ inquiries on ZD tickets
Performing changes in scans configurations based on CS/Clients requirements
Maintaining an aggregated scans information documentation for all of Fornova’s customers
Enriching Fornova’s knowledge base by writing operational and business-related articles based on FAQ
