We are looking for an experienced Business/System Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and evolution of large-scale telecommunications solutions.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers, transforming business needs into clear, actionable requirements and helping deliver reliable, high-performance products. You will participate in the full product lifecycle—from requirements discovery and solution design to testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.

This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working with multiple stakeholders, and driving projects from concept to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the development and enhancement of enterprise telecom products.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, QA Engineers, Developers, and external stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including:
  
  • Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
  • Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
  • Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
  • User Stories
  • High-Level Designs (HLD)
  • Low-Level Designs (LLD)
• Analyze and model business processes using UML and other industry-standard techniques.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
• Support the entire product lifecycle, from requirements analysis through testing and deployment.
• Participate in solution design discussions and help identify optimal implementation approaches.
• Manage and prioritize requirements backlog in Jira.
• Coordinate requirement clarification and delivery activities with development and QA teams.
• Maintain and continuously improve the department knowledge base in Confluence.
• Contribute to the standardization and optimization of business analysis processes and share best practices with colleagues.
• Prepare and conduct presentations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or a similar role within IT projects.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and system requirements throughout their lifecycle.
• Experience working in software development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of database design principles.
• SQL knowledge with the ability to create and execute queries (SELECT statements as a minimum requirement).
• Experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP) and system integration processes.
• Understanding of SOAP messaging concepts and service interactions.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and validation using Postman and Swagger.
• Strong knowledge of UML and requirements modeling techniques.
• Experience creating:
  
  • Use Case Diagrams
  • Sequence Diagrams
  • Component Diagrams
  • Process Flow Diagrams
  • Gantt Charts
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in telecommunications or other high-load enterprise domains.
• Background in large-scale product development environments.
• Understanding of enterprise integration architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience participating in process improvement initiatives and mentoring less experienced analysts.
