System analyst (вакансія неактивна)

Looking for a Systems Analyst for one of our telecom projects to work with distributed teams.

Project Overview

A software solution for the largest Ukrainian telecommunications company. The system encompasses 32 subsystems and supports business processes, including billing, CRM systems, customer service, and more.

Mandatory Qualifications for Candidates

• Fluent spoken English;
• Higher education, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in IT projects;
• Understanding of REST architecture and basic knowledge of DBMS;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect;
• Skills in writing SQL queries;
• Experience with MS Project;
• Analytical thinking, ability to collect, formalize, and document business requirements within a project/task framework;
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in requirements and technologies;
• Knowledge and skills in project management, such as building project plans, RACI matrices, conducting meetings, protocols, etc.;
• Capability to effectively interact with different company departments (emails, meetings, tasks) and take responsibility for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze the architecture and interaction of existing telecom IT and TD systems;
• Analyze business needs of internal/external stakeholders, account for possible limitations, and develop solution architecture;
• Expert review of project documentation provided by the client (briefs, concepts, etc.);
• Reconcile requirements between internal/external stakeholders and other parties in the process;
• Analyze complex business processes and present them as models (UML, BPMN);
• Design solution architecture and detail system requirements.

Would Be a Plus

• Knowledge of telecommunications networks (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, etc.), TCP/IP, Ethernet, and IP infrastructure;
• Familiarity with MS Project and experience working on large projects (practice interacting with multiple systems in enterprise environments);
• Experience with systems like Billing, CRM, DWH, and others.
