Automation QA (Potentially QA Manager) (вакансія неактивна)

Different projects for a different countries, includes Web, mobile (iOS, Android), API testing, Telecom projects (for example PGW, RBT platform).
Team size primarily 3-5 people. Personal roadmap.

Skill and qualifications are required:
— 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance;
— Python or Java;
— Experience with Linux/UNIX command line;
— 2+ years of experience in Automated testing (backend and frontend);
— Experience with the SQL Databases (knowledge of writing simple queries);
— Proven ability to translate functional requirements and use cases into working test plans and test cases;
— Experience with the integration and REST, SOAP test automation;
— Experience with version control systems;
— Experience with mobile test automation (IOS/Android);
— Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results;
— Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements.

Responsibilities:
— Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes;
— Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects;
— Automation framework improvement and support;
— Mentoring junior team members;
— Interviewing candidates;
— Test data and test environment preparations;
— Working with test documentation;
— Working with logs on Linux;
— Mocks and Stubs creation.

Would be a plus:
— Performance testing (via JMeter, Gatling and etc);
— Experience designing and building automation frameworks, test infrastructure;
— Working with and building CI/CD pipelines.
