We’re looking for motivated and talented IT Recruiter:
— 2+ years of recruitment experience;
— Results oriented, proactive, self-initiative, easy-learning;
— Experience in direct search techniques, recruiting and hunting tools;
— Ability to multitasking and attention to details;
— Intermediate level of English or higher.
— Paid vacation (28 calendar days);

— You will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process;
— Source candidates through a variety or search methods (social media, Applicant Tracking system, Job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches etc.);
— Screen candidates and manage scheduling of interviews and assessments for a Lead Recruiter;
— Creating new ways and approaches in attracting the best specialists;
— Send recruiting emails;
— Regular monitoring of the IT market;
— Partner with Lead Recruiter to hit hiring metrics and goals;
— Maintain candidate databases.
