Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in IT HR/Recruitment is a must
— Fluent English
— Experience of the full cycle of IT recruiting, recruitment tools and HR management
— HRIS management experience (we use PeopleForce)
— Experience with Confluence, Outlook Workspace, Teams, Excel
— Experience in organizing corporate events
— Ability to plan, manage and complete tasks independently, without supervision
— Skills of negotiating, solving problems, making decisions and building stable relationships in the team
— Excellent follow-up and time management skills
— Attention to detail, analytical skills
— Initiative, focus on results, responsibility
— Do-it-yourself ability with a strategic vision in mind.
Responsibilities
— Provide full recruitment cycle for Kyiv office needs
— Provide full HR cycle (pre-onboarding, onboarding,
— Direct collaboration with executive management
— Manage internal communication in the department with colleagues in an online/offline format
— Event management and benefits package administration
— Office needs procurement/management, purchasing equipment (invoices/payments)
— Monthly financial reporting
