Requirements:
— Previous experience in recruitment (IT and non-IT) or finished IT Recruitment courses
— Upper-intermediate English level or higher
— Good research skills, experience in Boolean /
— General understanding of the IT market, technologies, programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.
— Desire to grow in recruitment / HR direction
— Proactive, result-oriented, and a persistent person with excellent interpersonal skills and desire to learn
Responsibilities:
— Full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, identifying, evaluating, closing)
— Writing and posting vacancies on the job sites and social networks;
— Sourcing candidates with different channels and resources like (LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, etc.)
— Collaborate with hiring managers around role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing, candidate assessments, decision-making
— Manage and maintain ATS and share regular reports to HR Manager.
— Create, improve, update internal pipeline
