Обязанности:
- CRM and internal systems (Epicor, Pipedrive management);
- Managing and processing quotes, orders, invoices, logistic items;
- Calling and consulting international customers;
- Supporting sales operations in Ukraine and EMEA (CRM management, lead generation)(20% of the time);
- Supporting ongoing activities with EMEA Sales Team;
- Fluent English language skills both verbal and written ;
- Attention to detail and being meticulous is a must;
- Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems
