We are seeking a IT Support Consultant (Coach Level) to join our Teiva Systems Team!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly responsible and skilled IT Support Consultant (Coach Level) to our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of IT support who can deliver services at an exceptional level of excellence and act as a mentor to others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level IT support to clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues;
  • Mentor and coach support team members, sharing best practices and guiding them to improve their skills;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems, both remotely and on-site if necessary;
  • Ensure all support services are delivered with the highest quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions provided.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, with a strong technical background;
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members effectively;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Flexible availability for part-time work, including potential on-call hours.
