We are seeking a Tender Specialist to join our Teiva Systems Team!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management, with a focus on European tenders in the IT services sector;
• Fluent German;
• Strong understanding of European procurement regulations and procedures, particularly in relation to IT services and solutions;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive proposals;
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in the European market, focusing on IT service management and ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical experts, and legal, to gather information and resources for tender submissions.
• Manage the end-to-end tender process, from initial analysis and planning to submission and post-bid activities.
• Ensure that all tender submissions are of the highest quality and comply with all applicable regulations and requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments related to tender management and IT services.
