We are looking for a Team Lead of Lead Generation to join our Teiva Systems Team!
THAT’S WHAT YOU WILL STAND FOR
— Develop and organize a process of lead generation in the company according to the sales goals;
— Lead and coach the team of lead generators;
— Analysis of all the stages that the company currently has and the current picture of our clients, what are their needs, and how can we help them;
— Develop a search and promotion strategy to attract new customers to the company using at least
— Develop key performance indicators for the team that will help to actively grow in attracting new customers;
— Creation of detailed reports on what was done regularly regarding progress;
— Explore the ServiceNow product in detail and take several courses that will help you negotiate with customers at a high level;
— Work with a cold base and contact potential clients to attract them to the company;
— Attracting new talents and developing your own team of lead generators in the future, who together with you will show the result in a short time;
— Participate in the deal closure process;
— Work closely with medium and large businesses at ServiceNow.
THAT’S YOUR SKILLS
— At least 3 years of experience in lead generation or IT sales;
— Strong experience in building a search strategy using at least
— Proven experience in hiring and developing teams of lead generators that show results in a short time and at the same time actively work independently on client pipelines;
— Knowledge of the stages of the sales funnel and how many communication steps are needed to attract customers and sign contracts, cases of confirmed results;
— Experience in communicating with clients at a high level, proven achievements in providing clients to the company in a short time (middle-enterprise level companies);
— Experience in writing scripts for bulk searches;
— Ensuring a unique approach to each client;
— Excellent handling of customer objections, strong persuasion skills;
— Experience in leading client meetings and having excellent presentation skills;
— Excellent communication skills with people at all hierarchical and technical levels;
— Attentive and result-oriented approach;
— Fluency in English is a must.
AS A PLUS
— Experience with ServiceNow.
— Experience in the SaaS industry is a big plus.
