In this role, you will be responsible for finding candidates for the open roles of Software Engineers (ServiceNow, FrontEnd/Backend/Full Stack), QAs, and non-technical professionals to support our growth for 2022 and beyond.
Your team will have sources that you can help grow. This does not cancel the individual closing of vacancies.

🔹 At least 2 years of experience as an IT recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT recruiting experience is a must, but if you feel you’re a #TeivaSystems person even with less experience — feel free to try your luck, we’re always open to chat with motivated people)
🔹 Finding candidates in EU countries
🔹 Be able to set priorities, work in multitasking mode and maintain flexibility
🔹 Intermediate / Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written)
🔹 Proven track record of your ability to follow the commitment within the agreed deadlines
🔹 Candidates’ active searching experience (Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, TurboHiring etc.) or any other additional tools that help you generate leads
🔹 Excellent organizational, proactivity, flexibility, and sales skills
🔹 Experience in conducting HR interviews
🔹 Sense of initiative, attention to detail, and good communication skills
Would be a plus:
➕ Familiarity with Recruitment CRMs/ATS
➕ Professional background in Sales
➕ Analytical mindset and desire to work with analytics
➕ Experience managing sourcing teams

What you will do day-to-day:
🔹 Recruitment (active candidate’s sourcing and screening, selection, and support during all hiring processes)
🔹 Coordinating and conducting interviews, providing feedback both to the hiring managers & candidates, collaborating with decision-makers
🔹 Publications, advertising, and promotion of creative vacancies on various platforms / in social networks / in professional groups;
🔹 Work with active and passive candidates: CV screening, pre-screen, organization of HR and technical interviews;
🔹 The database of candidates is currently being maintained in Airtable. Once we can grow strong with your help, we will happily move to a good ATS in the future.
🔹 Provide a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
🔹 Build and maintain strong partnership relations with candidates, build strong candidate experience
🔹 To be a full-fledged leader of the process, who is responsible for each stage and the final result
🔹 Always provide correct feedback to candidates
