* Have previous understanding and network in Ukraine’s technology, product, data and marketing ecosystem, can take responsibility and accountability on the talent acquisition and development direction
* Feel
— Humble that you are willing to listen to others and admit they don’t have all of the answers. There is always a chance for failure, and failure + reflection= progress
— Hungry that there is no end for learning and progress is the ultimate motivation to do new and innovative solutions.
— Smart that demonstrates emotional intelligence and works well with others. You self-aware and know how your words and actions can impact others on the team

* Experienced Human Resources professional, yet looking forward to disrupt his/her current comfort zone and find new ways to tackle problems
* Experience. understanding or new ideas to challange the status quo of current organization models. Big fan of small autonomous teams and willing to build efficient remote based small-autonomous teams
* Entrepreneur mindset, great consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders to get things done. Willing to solve our clients and our problems that one day he/she will be willing to practice these learning in his/her own company in the future that we would like to help to build
* Analyze each problem as an opportunity and love puzzles and problem solving
* Understand the culture, talent acquisition, talent development, problem-solving and disciplined execution are all interlinked
* A superior communicator in English, and motivator for whole team. Willing to build the bridges between different background and cultures
