What you bring along

• Minimum Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency (essential); proficient in recognizing English variations, writing styles, lexicology, and semantics
• Minimum of one year of writing experience, encompassing copywriting, creative writing, technical writing, or other relevant fields. Only experiences involving English writing will be considered
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JSON, and XML, including practical experience with JSON and XML
• Advanced proficiency in Google Docs and MS Word, with fundamental knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
• Familiarity with the fundamental principles of Software Development Life Cycle
• Proficient in utilizing Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence. Skilled in working with GitLab and SVN
• Displaying a proactive, results-driven, attentive, and creative demeanor

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a focus on English studies
• Portfolio of text samples, encompassing various English content types such as articles, user guides, or any relevant examples that demonstrate my personal writing style and language proficiency
• Proficiency in either Spanish or Portuguese
• Practical involvement in working with gambling-related products
• We greatly value any experience in the realm of video gaming

This is your mission

• Analyzing internal product information (GDD, Google Sheets info, and others) in order to convert it into a comprehensive user-friendly text
• Ensuring the current documentation remains up-to-date and making edits as needed, for both internal and end-user materials
• Creating user documentation while maintaining adherence to the company’s established writing style
• Creating new user guides and revising existing ones by utilizing code repositories
• Close collaboration with designers to achieve the utmost quality and user-engaging aesthetics in product presentation
• Overseeing the coordination of localization processes
• Compiling release documentation
