I worked for the company for almost 3 years, back in 2014-2017, as a customer service representative. Unfortunately, the service we provided was not up to par, so we often had to reassure customers over the phone that we were actively “fixing” their issues, even though no action was being taken. Our team was understaffed, resulting in a high volume of phone calls and not enough representatives to handle them all.

Towards the end of my tenure, the phone system broke down, leading to several calls coming in simultaneously, which made it impossible to attend to all of them. If you didn’t manage to answer a call, it would lead to reprimands, despite the fact that you might have been assisting another customer at the time. To cope with the situation, I began asking customers to “hold on” while I addressed their concerns one by one. Unfortunately, this led to some customers hanging up while waiting.

Eventually, management discovered my approach, and as a result, I was terminated from my position. Moreover, they withheld two months’ worth of payment from me. As of today, they still owe me approximately $2,000.

I strongly advise against working for this company. They operate in the USA but provide subpar services and hire people from Ukraine for very low pay. It’s an unethical and frustrating work environment that I do not recommend being a part of.
