Hi everyone!
Recently I have left the Company, so I can share my experience without having any internal pressure or external obligations.
I worked for the Company 10 month, Company has a few objectively important advantages: remote way of working(organized well since many years), possibility to try a new roles/departments and find out what is the most suitable(perfect for young professionals), good colleagues: open to help and support in a different ways. I have noticed from the first days of working in the Customer Service department: very friendly and helpful team, including the Team Leader and the Manager.
This impression stayed with me till the end.
Of course there are disadvantages too, some of:
It’s a night shifts (specially CS depart), misunderstandings with the new joiners, company is not fully international — CIS people only, often changes.
Overall I think it’s worth to try to find your place within the company, to meet really talented and intentionally good people, and you might be lucky to enjoy the work and grow professionally.
Also Company organising Internships from time to time, those are really good opportunities with full integration into the industry and it’s can give you a vision and understanding how does the things really work.
