Hi there!
Techmates Group is looking for a Trainee/Junior Recruiter to join our innovative team!
— Up to 1 year of sourcing experience in IT or completed IT recruiting courses;
— Understanding of software development process, technologies, and methodologies;
— Knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean / X-ray search and sourcing tools;
— Experience with resources and channels for hiring;
— desire to develop professionally and understanding of recruitment processes;
— Intermediate+ English level;
— Desire and ability to work remotely;
— Result-oriented and responsible;
— Strong presentational and negotiation skills;
— Good written and verbal communication skills (English \Ukrainian\Russian).

— Take part in recruiting processes
