3+ years of general UI/UX work experience, either B2B or B2C
Experience reviewing and analyzing a project’s functional specifications to generate information architectures, user personas, journey maps and wireframes
Experience designing complex web and mobile applications
Experience creating systems of design or design pattern frameworks
Understanding of gestalt visual design principles and fundamental usability heuristics
Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and how to design for accessibility
Experience using prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g. Sketch, Zeplin, Fifma)
Creative and highly motivated, capable of working independently
Comfortable working with remote teams
Experience balancing client needs and industry best practices
Good communication skills
Experience using graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong understanding of typography and iconography
Understanding of modern UI development basics
Good spoken and written English (at least strong Intermediate level)
