TechMagic is looking for a skilled Middle Salesforce Administrator to join our team and work on an enterprise-level project with a global presence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Expertise in User Management and Security (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Experience with Process Automation (Flows, Process Builder)
- Strong skills in Reports & Dashboards (advanced configuration, data visualization)
- Proficiency in Data Management (Data Loader, import/export, deduplication)
- English level: at least Intermediate
Will be a plus:
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Experience with Git/VSCode
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Salesforce features, security settings, and customizations
- Monitor system performance and resolve performance-related issues
- Handle Salesforce licenses (allocation, renewal, optimization)
- Maintain environments (development, staging, sandbox) for smooth workflows
- Support production deployments and validate features in live environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
- Manage Salesforce release updates and patches
- Provide helpdesk support to end-users and resolve requests efficiently
