About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment. While no prior experience is required, a background in customer support, sales operations, or the tech industry is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating high-quality commercial proposals and client presentations
- Help complete RFIs, RFPs, and other procurement documentation
- Coordinate and track follow-ups with prospects and partners
- Manage and process NDAs and other legal documentation
- Support CRP (Client Relationship Process) operations to ensure excellence in delivery and engagement tracking
- Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base for the sales team
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and delivery teams to streamline sales operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRMs like Pipedrive or Salesforce is a plus
- Any previous experience in customer support, sales coordination, or the high-tech industry is an advantage
