Junior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a skilled Junior UI/UX Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll create designs for top tech companies from Europe and the USA.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience working as UI/UX Designer (not only freelance)
• Experience with products (not only websites)
• Experience with Figma (components, auto-layout, libraries)
• Online portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills (both in web and mobile)
• Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and best practices (research, prototyping, accessibility) as well as visual design (typography, color, and layout)
• Sense of visual style, composition, color, and typography
• Excited to improve design skills and willingness to learn new tools
• Ability to present and substantiate your work
• Strong communication skills and friendly attitude to any assigned task
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Intermediate strong and higher level of English

Responsibilities

• Carry out researches; Designing flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and rapid prototypes for internal/external large and small scale projects including websites, apps, content, and more
• Deliver design assets to clients, and other team members
• Working closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
• Participation in team meetings and brainstorms

Interview Stages

• 1-st stage — Call with Recruiter
• 2-nd stage — Test task
• 3-rd stage — Interview with Lead Designer and Recruiter
