Junior Data analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst who will support our Sales and Marketing Team with data analysis and CRM management

Please note we consider only candidates from Lviv and Kyiv!

Must have

• Basic experience in the field of data analysis/research
• Great research skills
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Experience in Excel/Google Spreadsheets
• Experience with web analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge in Google’s Data Visualization Tools (Looker Studio)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills, good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• English level — Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus

• Experience with Python for analytics purposes and data collection
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience working with tools such as PhantomBuster, Clay, CRM tools, Apollo.io etc
• Certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional, Google Data Analytics Certification

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM records
• Collection, validation and analysis of data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build data-heavy reports on most trending industry topics
• Prepare materials for pre-sales activities
• Conduct marketing research
• Maintain various analytical and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, GTM

Interview Stages

• Call with a Recruiter
• Test task
• Technical interview with Recruiter and Data Analyst
• Final interview with Head of Marketing
