L&D Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and initiative-driven Learning and Development Specialist to launch educational programs at TechMagic. This role presents a unique opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to obtain a Lead position in the future.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience at the LnD position in IT company
  • Understanding IT basics (what SDLS is, how IT companies work, etc.)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Knowledge of the market of training providers
  • Ability to coordinate masterclasses/workshops, both face-to-face and online
  • Strong project management and communication/negotiation skills
  • Ability to build reliable and trustful partnerships with employees and external vendors
  • English — B1 level

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new L&D requests.
  • Design and implement both L&D programs that support our business goals.
  • Source and manage external L&D vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to develop training programs
  • Work with requests for external individual and group training, from the stage of finding the right training on request to the stage of making payments.
  • Maintaining a calendar of events, inviting and communicating with participants, providing organizational support, and collecting and processing feedback.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Join the active phase of building the L&D function in our company
  • Work closely with the company’s heads of departments and founders
  • Participate in implementing global L&D projects
  • To become an LnD lead in case of long-term successful collaboration
  • Suggest ideas and projects that can be implemented for the whole company
  • Attend all webinars and educational programs, incl. internal and external speakers
  • Use a personal budget for professional development

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time working days, flexible hours, and the full remote are available.

INTERVIEW STAGES:

1. Screen with a recruiter (up to 45 minutes).

2. Test task

3. Interview with the Head of HR and Recruitment (up to 1.5 hours).

4. Final interview with Co-founder (up to 1 hour).
