We are looking for a proactive and initiative-driven Learning and Development Specialist to launch educational programs at TechMagic. This role presents a unique opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to obtain a Lead position in the future.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of experience at the LnD position in IT company
- Understanding IT basics (what SDLS is, how IT companies work, etc.)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of the market of training providers
- Ability to coordinate masterclasses/workshops, both face-to-face and online
- Strong project management and communication/negotiation skills
- Ability to build reliable and trustful partnerships with employees and external vendors
- English — B1 level
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the main point of contact for new L&D requests.
- Design and implement both L&D programs that support our business goals.
- Source and manage external L&D vendors.
- Collaborate with internal experts to develop training programs
- Work with requests for external individual and group training, from the stage of finding the right training on request to the stage of making payments.
- Maintaining a calendar of events, inviting and communicating with participants, providing organizational support, and collecting and processing feedback.

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time working days, flexible hours, and the full remote are available.
INTERVIEW STAGES:
1. Screen with a recruiter (up to 45 minutes).
2. Test task
3. Interview with the Head of HR and Recruitment (up to 1.5 hours).
4. Final interview with Co-founder (up to 1 hour).
