Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage SDR Team (4 people): Oversee a team of SDRs, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute effective outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Performance Monitoring: Set clear KPIs and regularly monitor the SDR team’s performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports on SDR activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates, presenting findings to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on prospects and leads.
- Continual Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine and improve lead generation tactics.
- Mentorship: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging professional growth and skill development among SDRs.
- Manage toolset: Maintain and support SDR tools for team, help with tech issues, explore new innovative solutions to implement
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and achieving targets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive), sales and lead generation automation tools, and growth hacking instruments.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of the sales process and buyer’s journey.

- Industry Experience: Experience in the software development or tech industry.
