Who we need

We are looking for a talented R&D Team Leader (Mac C++) with 4+ years of programming experience to build a lot from scratch. This is a full-time, permanent position in Lviv, Kyiv or remote.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering valuable and high-quality outcomes for our customers promptly
• Fostering the professional growth of team members
• Continuously maintaining and updating the code through active involvement
• Collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and other teams
• Demonstrating hands-on leadership to establish technical authority within your team
• Overseeing the overall development, code quality, and productivity of the team

Must have
Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader, leading at least 3 developers
• Proven experience in multi-threaded applications
• Proven participation in the development of commercial off-the-shelf large-scale software products
• Understanding of development, CI/CD, and deployment tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with C++, Python, SWIFT, and JavaScript
• Fluent English

Will be a plus

• Experience with Chromium or Chromium-based projects
• Experience working with macOS and Windows
• Familiarity with other programming/scripting languages
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with security standards and understanding of security best practices
• Extensive experience with source code branching, merging, and release methodologies
