Senior Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager with 3+ years of commercial experience to join our MagicFuse team.

Please note we are only considering candidates from Lviv and Kyiv!

Must have

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in applying Agile development approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in simultaneous management of several projects
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Time management skills
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence
• Experience with estimation, timeline and scope management
• Team management skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage complex situations involving stakeholders, teams, and other parties
• Experience in scaling the team
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus

• Technical background (QA)
• Experience with Salesforce platform

Responsibilities

• Project management (Scope management, Timelines management, Stakeholders management, Release management)
• Resource management: Planning, Monitoring team load, leading a project team
• Ensuring quality and client satisfaction
• Managing issues and risk
• Monitoring project progress
• Maintaining reporting and documentation
• Managing conflicts

Customer

Our customer is one of the world’s most successful hotel companies. Hotel has 118 properties in 47 countries. For the second consecutive year, the hotel was named the Best Luxury Hotel Chain in the world by Business Traveller magazine.

Stage

This is a growing product ecosystem. Approximately 2-3 years in development; however, the stack is up to date, with no legacy.

Team

Lviv team: 2 Solutions Architects, 3 Business Analysts, 1 Project Manager, 9 Salesforce Developers, 2 Salesforce Administrators, 2 Marketing Cloud Specialists, 7 QA Engineers.

Team on the client’s side: only management and several support experts
